Camping Cabins / Wigwams
The camping cabin, also known as the Wigwam, is a very versatile building. Its internal layout allows it to be transformed from a relaxation and eating area into a sleeping area in just a couple of minutes. These cabins are ‘no smoking’.
The cabin can be used for up to 4 – 6 people depending on ages and how well people know each other! The seating areas are quickly and easily converted into a large sleeping shelf with very comfortable mattresses. Pillows and sleeping bags (with liners) can be provided if requested.
The cabin is insulated to a very high standard which means that it stays cool in the summer and warm during the winter. The cabin has a convector heater which can be used to maintain the temperature during the coldest of winters.
The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave oven/grill, fridge, toaster and kettle. There is also crockery, cutlery, pots and pans as well as all the essentials such as corkscrew/tin opener etc. A washing-up bowl and drying towel are also provided. There is no water inside these cabins but there is a water point very nearby.
These cabins also have TV and radio.
